We proudly offer the finest locally sourced proteins, produce, and seafood available on the market. Our mission is to deliver the best local products to chefs and restaurants to promote sustainable and environmentally conscious eating.
Pickup and Delivery
Although we primarily deliver to chefs and restaurants, we also offer home delivery and pickup to retail customers. We want to do our part to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to support local farmers and eat locally sourced food. We believe that everyone should feel a responsibility for sourcing local food and knowing where their food comes from. Know your food!
Our Story
JV Foods is the result of the collaboration between longtime food industry professionals, Robert Hare and Tim Bordes. Since 2019, JV Foods has been supplying chefs and restaurants with the highest quality local food products available. Our goal is to bring locally sourced and seasonal food to restaurants in the New Orleans area to showcase the incredibly diverse flavors of the Gulf Coast.Β We aim to provide quality products, superior service, and competitive pricing, while maintaining a high standard of integrity. We strongly believe in conducting business in an ethical, honest, and responsible manner with customers, farmers, and employees.
